Nice Media was built on one simple belief — creators deserve a team that actually works for them.
The talent management world has a reputation for being transactional. Big rosters, slow responses, deals that benefit the agency more than the creator. We wanted to do it differently.
We're a small, focused team based in Utah. We work with a select number of creators across niches — fashion, lifestyle, food, home, humor — because we'd rather do this well for a few people than do it halfway for a hundred.
